How to Use
Charge the controller fully before first use. Fit the strap over the shoulder and under the opposite arm so the LED panel sits flat on the joint.
Switch on and select light, heat, vibration or a combination. The wrap shuts off on its own after 30 minutes. To use it on the knee, fasten the same strap around the joint instead.
