Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item torequest a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@rehabmarket.co.uk. Please note that returns must be requested before sending any items back. Returns will need to be sent to the return address provided after your request has been approved.
If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom-made or personalized products, and personal care or hygiene products.
We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without providing a justification.
As stated above, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
