This model runs light only — there is no heating element. If you prefer a session without added warmth, or you train in a warm environment, the Pro keeps the light output without the heat.
The 5000mAh battery makes it completely cordless, and the built-in timer ends each session automatically after 10, 20 or 30 minutes.

How to Use
Charge fully before first use. Position the wrap so the LED panel rests against the neck and shoulders with minimal fabric in between.
Switch on and choose a 10, 20 or 30 minute session. The wrap shuts off automatically when the timer ends.
