Three adjustable straps hold the wrap firmly around the joint, which matters on a knee — a wrap that slides loses contact with the skin and the light stops reaching where you want it.

How to Use
Charge fully before first use — a full charge takes around four hours. Wrap the sleeve around the knee and fasten all three straps so the panel sits flat against the skin.
Switch on and choose light, heat, vibration or any combination. The wrap powers down automatically after 30 minutes.
